Found a By Grit Alone bug?

- Is this the Steam or Meta Quest Store version of the game?
- What VR headset are you using?
- How would you describe the bug?
- What level of the game are you on?
- Has this happened once or multiple times?
- Can you grab a screen shot or video of this happening?
- Any other information to help me reproduce this issue?
